1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

7 Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on jj188 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market type. These rules are accessible within each game section and within the sports betting interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, the individual game rules will take precedence for matters specific to that game.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic fixtures and the ICC for international matches. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and are not subject to subsequent price changes.

Slots and Fish Games: Outcomes in slot games and fish shooting games are determined by certified random number generation. Results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed due to player error or technical issues on the player's device or connection.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jj188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's operational policies.
• Identification of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach rather than a confirmed one, jj188 will conduct a review. If the review clears the account, any withheld balance will be released and the account restored. If the review confirms a breach, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited, depending on the severity of the violation.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting jj188 support. Any genuine balance in your account at the time of closure, net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements, will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request cannot be reopened within 30 days.
